my 2.4 years baby girl is always falling sick because of cold cough her weight is also 10kgs since her first birthday she doesn't gain weight after first birthday but she is very active can I use any health drink to improve her immunity and weight please suggest π

many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections.
it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever befdore 7 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will go awady.
get the child vaccinated for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasing this problem
