Q.
My 2.18 months old baby girl has been on breastfeed exclusively, but after her vaccination at 2.10 months she got viral fever that time she was taking feeding well but after her fever got ok she started showing aversion to my breast while still having cold. She only takes feed while she is sleeping or drowsy and drinks well that time. She shouts and cries very hard if i try to feed her when she is hungry while awake. What to do i m feeling frustrated??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. very important to see that position and attachment while breastfeeding the child is proper. if improper the child will continue to suck for long hrs without getting any milk meet lactational counsellor who will guide regarding this. see videos on you tube for breastfeedieng position and attachment. take plenty of water, home made diet, seasonal fruits and vegetables, meilk for increasing breast milk for yourself. take 15 to 30 days weight and growth assessment by the doctor.
