my 2 1/2 year boy hands and legs small pimples and rashes, any suggestions please

A. Hai good afternoon !! If rashes due to insect bite/ant bite bit swelling then apply Coconut oil on rashes. If rashes like allergy (small Sooji type- ghamoria) avoid itching apply Coconut oil or ghee on rashes . Check if you have changed soaps, creams or introduced any food items (nuts,egg,milk and diary products) any water change cause rashes. Use Dettol or suthol liquid while bathing (add few drops in bathing water).
