my 2 1/2 baby has decreased weight compared to 2 months what should I do??

A. U See maybe your child is not taking proper feeding or if your child had a vaccination fever or loss of appetite during that time then maybe your child has lost a little bit of weight in that case it would be considered normal yet if you feel nothing has happened still the weight is reducing the consult your doctor
