my 1yr baby z don't get enough milk..wt I take to grow breast milk...and can I give Horlicks or which waz da best...and I didn't get my period ...

You Can I have lactation supplements if you want to you can quit breastfeeding if you want to because your child is one year plus it’s a good time to quit breastfeeding secondly you can get your periods any time after one year 18 months because sometimes due to delivery hormones change in the periods are delayed for a really very long time and yes you can eat and drink what you are talking about
