my 1yr 9month old baby girl has red rashes in her nose, mouth areas,ears and peeing area.. what is the reason behind it. please give me a solution.. any need of change my soap or lotion. And also she has little bittle nausea

Hi mommy It’s common in small baby make sure baby wear cotton loose comfortable clothes to avoid such irritation usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free Wash area often with lukewarm water
