A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestatiocns occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. hello mum here are few questions the first one is if your child is fine because when he is followed the tooth or fully it does not stuck in the windpipe if your child breathing normally behaving normally did he had some water or some food after that if yes then thanks to God that everything is fine the second question is did he bleed from the gum if yes then its fine you can give banana to the child daily so that it can come out of the stool still you can one get it confirmed from the doctor to be on the safe side
