My 1ye 5mnths okd girl took her DPT booster + MR 2nd dose yesterday. By night her temp reached 103.7F. Even after 7ml of Paracetamol 125 dose she had about 99.9F temp through out night. Is it normal? How long this fever will last? Please help

A. it's okay another one day baby may have fever. the very purpose of giving vaccine to the baby is to have proper immunity please take all optional and essential vaccine to the baby if you have already missed any one of them
