A. वे श्वसन स्राव हैं जो बच्चे के संकीर्ण श्वसन पथ में मौजूद होते हैं। जब हवा संकीर्ण श्वसन पथ में इन स्रावों के ऊपर से गुजरती है तो घर...घर.. की आवाज आती है। यदि बच्चे की श्वसन दर सामान्य सीमा के भीतर है और बच्चे को कोई अन्य शिकायत नहीं है, तो श्वसन स्राव के कारण होने वाली fध्वनि के बारे में चिंता न करें। यदि आपको लगता है कि बच्चे को सांस लेने में कुछ कठिनाई हो रही है तो आप हमेशा नाक गुहा में नेज़ल सेलाइन ड्रॉप्स दे सकते हैं जो नाक गुहा के साथ-साथ श्वसन पथf में मौजूद बलगम को भी धो देगा। बच्चे की बढ़ती उम्र के साथ समस्या में सुधार होता है, जब श्वसन पथ चौड़ा हो जाता है।
