Q.
My 19Months old son is not eating properly.from last few weeks. he is very fussy and after just few spoons he runs away and doesn't eat again. tried all the variations but he is not inculcating eating habit of full stomach. we tried giving him cerelac aswell. but of no use.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello father , feeding toddlers is one of the very hard task you have to try out different ways and trial and error methods for it. As they are quite playful they don’t like to sit in one place for a longer duration of time try to make foods in combinations that they can eat faster try to engage them in toys or books which are age appropriate while feeding so that they can sit in one place and eat
