Q.

my 19 months old has diarrhea and now he got severe diaper rash... he is crying badly after every wash.. after urinating and after poop also... what should I do... it's been two days but rashes become more painful and red all over there... please help... I'm applying siloderm mixi ointment and b4 nappi cream.

A. hello parent your kid is 19 months old and had a history of loose stools resulting in peri anal rash kindly use diaper rashes and try to expose the perianal area to air without using diapers it usually takes 24 to 48 hours for the resolution of after application of rashfree ointment

A. i applied coconut oil and Vaseline... and make him diaper free....

A. Hello dear parent! Avoid using diapers till the problem subsides. Try applying pure coconut oil on the affected area and leave it open for at least half an hour. Complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Include curd and buttermilk to improve your child’s digestion and gut health.
