my 19 month old baby down with fever from yesterday. please suggest me.. I gave the crocin but for 4 to 5 hrs it worked and again he is down with fever

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory procefddss in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
