my 19 month baby having fever after giving caldikind 60k sachet is it normal ? we giving him flexon syrup for fever

A. Hello, your baby boy is 9 months old and he has received vitamin d3 sachets and got a fever so give him paracetamol 2.5 ml three times a day and there’s no any relationship between fever and vitamin oral dose
