Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. there is a possibility that it can occur due to either gastric pain due to gas or it can occur due to some type of sinusitis or due to headache or body ache also so you can give paracetamol for pain but meet your doctor to find the cause
