my 18month baby boy has these tiny bumps on hand and legs ...they appear and clear on their own after 3-4 days...not painful or itchy...what are they..

A. Due to some infection because it is not looking like a pimple it is not looking like rash or something please have an assessment with your doctor to understand the problem of that only treatment ahead of this can be suggested by your doctor
