Q.

my 18 months toddler doesn't sleep at night for more than 4 hours. he wakes up at 3am for a period of 8 hours and than go to sleep in the morning. have tried all methods to show day light in the morning. not making him sleep in the evening. No screen time but nothing is working. this has happened after completed weaning off breastmilk.

A. hi mom babies sleeping pattern keeps on changing have to take turns as family members if that option is not avavilable take help in daily chores at home have patience

A. It’s okay mothers can face different tissues once they start quitting or they have totally quit breastfeeding so what you do is now just give milk to the child once your child wakes up and try to make your child sleep again and in the morning once your child sleeps nothing in the night if your child sleeps in the morning after two hours wake up your child and keep your child awake through the day and that is how once your child will be exhausted and tired by the end the child would sleep early and that too for a longer duration because it is the body clock that your child is having it is going to take some time to break
