Q.

#asktheexperts my baby's almost six months old and he sleeps for three hours and then when he wakes up it hard to put him back to sleep and wakes up every hour. and in a day he sleeps for about 3.5-4 hours, and at night at the most he gets sleep about 7-8 hrs, is it normal? should I be worried?

A. Sleep Cycle in smallehyr babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is cogmfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
