Q.

My 18 month old son is struggling while poop but the stool is soft ...I would like to know the reasons and steps to overcome it.

A. okay no problem gg cConstipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
