3 months pre mature baby passing gas,but struggling for pooping,but the poop is soft, what's the problem

A. hello try massagibg baby tummy with casyor oil or tumny roll on from babyhug which can help amd any concern u can check with ur doctor n she will be be able to guide u accirdingly n would also be safe too
