My 16 month old baby is having constipation. He does potty every other day or else he does not do it for 2 days and while doing potty he exerts a lot of force and at night he suddenly gets up and starts crying. He cries for 2 hours and then goes to sleep.

A. mam this can be due to colic issues in the baby. please boil saunf pudina and ajwain in water and give it to the baby on cooling off. also massage baby stomach clockwise and anti clockwise with coconut water. also you should do some cycling leg exercises of the baby. increase water intake of the baby.
