Q.
My 15months toddler still not started speaking,he just screams and conveys if he need something, should i need to consult speak therapist or should i wait for 1 more month...

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for proper fluent speech you need to wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doctor to know if speech therapy is required.till that time keep interacting as much as possible in your spoken lan vsguage and involve the child in language learning activities using audiovisual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will also be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in children by age for this. . .

speech therapy would help
other than that ,
reduce her screen time
talk to her maintaining eye contact
don't scold her.
get yourself involved in her activities and games
