my 15 months old baby had fever last night 101 but now she don't and since last night she is not eating well and she didn't pooped from last 2 days what to do?

Continue with fever medication and give more of liquids to the child it would be comfortable for the child to consume and easy for the child to digest so that’s what you do right now and if the child does not feel better then you can consult your doctor for or further assistance
