Q.

My 15 month old kid is waking up crying very often during nights and sleeps again only with feeding. this has been disturbing her sleep and mine as well for the past 2 weeks. Is this a sleep regression phase or due to developmental leap?

A. But this happens only till 3 am, after that she goes into deep sleep mostly. This sudden change of pattern has been confusing

A. Growth spurt could be happening and sometimes kids are more addicted to breastfeeding if that is what you are giving that is why they wake up from time to time it’s like a body clock that’s ticking so I would advise you to start giving more of formula or any other milk in the night over breast
