my 15 days baby is having red acne on his face,which poowder or cream should I use

A. plesse font apply any powder ir cream. these seem like baby acne. they should ideally go away on their own. wipe the skin with a soft cloth. babys skin seems dry. dont use hot water for bath. use mild warm water. very hot water will cause dryness. if the acne doesn't reduce in a day or 2 try applying baby cetaphil lotion or coconut oil. depends on what suits your baby's skin type. apply in a small area and see if it helps and only then apply all.over.
