My 14 months baby boy have a cold from last 10 days.I already give wikoryl timnic baby drops to my baby but its not effective. Which baby drops is best for my baby please tell me.

A. whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watchg for three days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up. so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whetherxg any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not .
