my 14 month baby has fever of 102 degree when i give pcm syrup it subsides then it comes back again after 6 hrs..should i guve antibiotic? and how long will fever last? is it infection or something to worry about

A. you can give Paracetamol drops to your baby and it is quite common that we will rise after regular intervals so you can give Paracetamol drops every 6 hours of four hours as per the need and keep your baby hydrated also do tepid sponging
