my 14 month baby girl having cold and cough. i m giving chericof and nasivion drop is it ok or i can change medicine?

A. please continue the medicines for 3 to 4 days Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
