Q.

My 13 years old son does not want to eat any veggies. He is a very picky eater and also lactose intolerant. Is there any supplement, that may help him to gain some nutrients?

A. it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child. at the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritiodnal deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite. give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

A. Fruits can be given in the form of juices or milkshakes, for vegetables you can give as soups or even add veggies to sambar or other curry as well.. Slowly introduce to them as snacks with the combination fo fruits. They may start liking it.You can nuts to your little one. Nuts powder can be made homemad added to milk, juice or even in foods. That's so healthy. Dates syrup is also very good and healthy. You may give avocado that's is loaded with lots of benefits and helps in healthy weight gain try this it works
