my 13 year daughter is having fever from yesterday. I gave her dola 65o mg... but in d morning fever again came and I gv her dola again.. she is having headache also... kindly suggest

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatohfry process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
