My 13 months old baby's teeth getting yellowish brown and one incisor seems broken fron mid.. Shape Like a ditch.. Why its happing instead i'm using tooth paste and brush to clean his teeth and tongue plz suggest me anything to make hus teeth white again.. I'm much worried about this

A. caries teeth can be fluorosis. There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok
