My 13 months Child is Suffering from this red patches on his skin anywhere on whole body, i am confused What happens with him… He isn’t Crying Isn’t feels irritation (i think bu visual inspection)

it looks like allergic reaction
so please visit your pediatrician for once
apply Baby soothing Calamine lotion on this
or you may apply thin layer of coconut oil there
avoid using any cosmetics
choose Cotton clothes for your child
