my 13 month old child is suffering from fever since three days and also loss of appetite. he is refusing food and only wants to breastmilk...what to do. should I force feed him!

A. fever indicates infection you can give calpol 3 times a day to the child but in case of fever the child will lose appetite and will not be interested in having food item once recovery is there child will start eating
