Q.

My 13.5 months old having haemoglobin 9.6, i am giving her iron supplements , Could someone please share some finger foods rich in iron ?, I am giving here cereals and all vegetables , she doesn’t like to drInk pomegranate juice too . Please share your ideas as i am very tensed .

A. Dear Mom give her plenty of greens. Dry up and then dry roast one bunch moringa greens and then add 4 tbsp channa dhal, a handful of dried curry leaves,4 tsp sesame seeds one to two red chillies dried and salt. Cool this and grind into a fine powder amd add to baby's rice with oil and feed this. Also you can add this to all foods baby eats! Apart from this give dates, beetroot, and sesame seeds barfi daily

A. hello dear don't take stress u can give hemopathic medication to child and u can give apple as a finger food u can give beetroot as a finger food u can give soup of green vegetables if ur child is able to chew u can give pomegranate by adding in custard or daliya or suji ki kheer
