Q.

my 12 year daughter 29 weight only, she didn't interest meat , fish, only few type of veg eat, few breakfast eat, more rice eat but all other things avoid. how can I improve her eating habits and gain weight

A. The child is exceptionally underweight so you should first consult your Paediatrician and get her checked and a diet chart of the child and also tell if the child is having frequent episodes of stomach pain or any other health problem

A. Hello dear parent, you shouod give her supplements also like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Also give her rich diet like full cream milk, ghee butter cheese etc but in limit Also balance her diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. U you can make milk shake with full cream milk of mango or banana etc.
