shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello there as you said your XII week has been just started that mean when you complete your 12th week then you will complete your 3rd month of the pregnancy is the exact days will be shown in your ultrasound report you can read there II as well to know the exact number of days of the pregnancy
