my 12 month old baby fell off his small cycle today. he did not have any injury. he cried. but after a while started playing again. then we bathed him and fed him and then he slept.he is also having cold. after waking up he got fever. is it due to the fall?

A. hi. might be its seasonal. you can give him sinarest drops for time being, give lots of breaat feeding, stay more close to your baby, give more rest .
