my 12 month baby girl only 2 teeth on bottom why other teeth not coming

They will come when they have to come these things are not in our control that we can say why this teeth is not coming or white is coming early White is coming from the upper jaw these things are natural for a child so just wait and relax the others will also come when the time is right
