my 11month baby having little bit bleeding after potty is it normal

No this is not normal at all. If baby is constipated then you should start giving papaya regularly. Papaya is very healthy for babies and it also had a baby to pass stool easily. You can also give 1 teaspoon of honey with warm water once in a day it will help to maintain babies digestion issues.
