my 11 months old baby not eat food since 10 days.. only take milk... whats the reason... is there worm infection?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy2 years agoA. Hai good evening !! If baby rejecting solids having only milk, cranky ,mild fever,motions,hard swollen gums then its teething stage.
Due to gum pain they reject feed and have only breast feed or keep things into mouth.
Give breast feed,finger foods,semi solids soothe with teethers or soothers which ease from gum pain.
