my 11 month baby navel infection....with bad smell coming .... two months before like this came....that time we took scan ...(i attachment) having small cyst....is this anything problem....pls tell me best solution.....from born frequently coming like this in my son navel with little watery and bad smell

in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
