Q.

my 10weeks baby boy sleeps for 9hours at night without drinking milk but once he is awake he drinks for every 3hours.total number of feed per day is 5-6.Is it a matter of concern?

A. Dear ma’am, in the initial few months your baby needs frequent feeds not only to meet his nutrients needs but also to maintain and boost your milk supply. At night you can give a gap of upto five hours max. Night time prolactin levels will be high and helps improve your supply. You can dream feed your baby if he doesn’t wake up for a feed
