my 10months old baby always poop while eating.we are giving Solid food and she eats everything we give but it's just that I'm worried she always pass stool while eating..should I be concerned?

A. 10 months baby passing stool after food Some babies may be passing stool immediately after feeding this is because of gastrocolic reflex present in babies as the baby will be growing it will come down
