Q.

my 10month old is on teething...3 upper tooth r erupting on the same time...special concern is the 2 side tooth...is it fine?

A. it is okay. there are changes in the eruption patter of teeth. massage the gums amd give silicone teethers also start brushing your child teeth from now itself. . . . .

A. hi teething is natural process so no need to do extra things. but if your child is feeling discomfort because of sore and itchy gums,you should give Massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child. you can provide silicone teether to chew which will also help to soothe the itchy gums.
