Your baby will love to try different coloured and taste in this age...
Try giving different colored fruits and veggie for your baby.
1.Steamed Beans with rice puree
2.Steamed Carrot and potato puree
3.Steamed apple and rice puree
4.Steamed Greens rice with ghee
5.Banana puree
6.Watermelon juicel and musk melon juice.
7.Tender coconut water
8.Dhal rice with ghee
9.Curd rice
10.Rava kichadi with coloured vegetables.
Rich in protein
If you are a Non -veg eater. you can give
1.Egg white scrambled eggs.
2.Egg yolk scrambled eggs.
3.whole egg scrambled.
4.chicken soup rice.
5.Steamed Fish.
You can give Paneer and Cheese also. which is rich in protein.
Apart from this,as you baby is 10 months now, you can start finger foods also.
Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. at this age the quantity is always very less and sometimes no eating at all as they are still aware that they can drink milk which is easy to gulp down. so give tye baby some time. feed smaller meals at regular intervals rather than 3 big meals. it will get better gradually. not to worry. maintain a routine
