Q.

My 10 yr old kid going to bed @9:30pM. But everyday he will be awake @11:30pm. when i ask him he is telling he is not getting sleep upto 1:00AM. what could be the reason ? Any suggestions

A. I am little bit worried of my kid has not having proper deep sleep at this age.
