Q.

my 10 months old having dry cough but today he is irritating and refused food and just now spits out mucous..what is this?

A. It’s mostly due to their discomfort only I can suggest you to go ahead with nebulising the child navin to help in reducing the congestion and hopefully it is going to be better for your child to take a feeding and food afterwards
