my 10 months old has diarrhea from last one month and also vomits when ever I feed her anything solid..... please suggest what to do

Teething be happening with your child if you haven’t done a stool test for clarity please go ahead with that in the child is constantly vomiting that that means there’s a problem with the digestion also I am not sure whether you have visited your doctor or not but you definitely should
