my 10 months old child's teeth itch a lot. any home remedy which I can give to my child?

start brushing using a grain size of kids age appropriate tooth paste

Give turmeric milk twice a day
Give few cloves
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Apply candid mouth paint if there is ulcer
Maintain hygiene
