My 10 months old baby weight 7.5 kgs is having viral infection since 15 days doctor has advice g antibiotics again after given twice already She s getting fever 99 99. 5 every 4th 5th day What to do

A. it is low grade fever can treat with parasitimal. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
