Q.

My 10 months daughter got gastric symptoms. Today I consulted her with doctor he prescribed medicines. I forgot to ask can I give coconut water to her??

A. hello dear mom yes you can give coconut water to the child also it is good to give three proper healthy meals a day and keep adding variety to the child's diet also include all seasonal veges and fruits to the diet
